Taliban: Women and Children Killed in Pakistani Airstrikes
DID Press: Taliban authorities say recent Pakistani airstrikes in Afghanistan have killed civilians, including women and children, as cross-border tensions escalate.

Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesperson for the Taliban government, said in a statement that Pakistani forces carried out new air raids targeting areas in Kabul, Kandahar, Paktia, Paktika and other parts of Afghanistan.
According to Mujahid, several residential homes were struck during the bombardment, resulting in civilian casualties, including women and children. He added that in some areas the attacks hit empty fields and open land. No detailed figures on casualties or damage were provided.
The Taliban spokesman strongly condemned the strikes, accusing the “military regime” of Pakistan of violating Afghan territory. He said the attacks, occurring during the final days of Ramadan and ahead of Eid al-Fitr, demonstrated a disregard for humanitarian and moral principles.
The statement described the airstrikes as a “clear act of aggression and crime” against Afghanistan and warned that the actions would not go unanswered.
