China Issues Stern Warning to Israel Over Lebanon Operations

DID Press: Amid escalating regional tensions, China delivered a firm warning at a United Nations session, urging Israel to halt its military operations in Lebanon.

A senior Chinese diplomat stated that Lebanon must not suffer the same fate as the Gaza Strip. Criticizing Israel’s ground operations, he called for an immediate cessation of hostilities and the full withdrawal of Israeli forces from Lebanese territory.

The Chinese official also highlighted reports of over 1,200 deaths, warning that continued violence could have dangerous consequences for regional stability. He emphasized that the international community must act promptly to prevent the crisis from spreading.
