DID Press: According to data from the Iran War Cost Tracker, the total cost of United States’ military operations against Iran over approximately 37 days has exceeded $42.1 billion. This report comes as tensions across the Middle East continue to escalate.

The estimate is based on information provided by the U.S. Department of War to Congress on March 10. At that point, it was reported that Washington had spent $11.3 billion in the first six days of the conflict, with roughly $1 billion added daily thereafter.
The military campaign began on February 28, involving both the United States and Israel. Key Iranian cities, including Tehran, were targeted in these operations.
In response, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps carried out attacks against Israeli targets and U.S. military facilities in several regional countries, including Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.
The continuation of these clashes has raised concerns about further regional escalation, with no clear prospect yet for de-escalation or an end to the war.
