New internal War but Bloodier!
The painful slaughter of Mirza Olang residents, is not the beginning of a bloody ethnic slaughtering or the start of an unending tragedy. But an open wound that has been opened in Afghanistan for many years, Herat’s Jawadiya mosque and the serial killing of Shi’ite Ulema, Jalrez catastrophe, Zabul tragedy, known as Tabassum disaster, Ghore, Wardaj, Kunduz disaster and such catastrophes, each can be a warning to central government these years, but the establishment regarded all furious responses, after the catastrophes as an individual complex, with the consultancy of some stone-hearted flatterers businessmen. One was attributed to Nabil, chief of national security, one to Ata M. Noor, Balkh governor, one to Gen. Razeq, and also to Iran and Pakistan, and this and that … all were guilty, except the government that its first duty is to protect the lives and honor of the people.
The tragedy of Rwanda is not far from our time, a catastrophe in which the people of a small land have slaughtered more than one and half million of themselves, for the sake of ethnicity. That tragedy commenced with the same hatred and murder. The government linked it to the neighboring countries and domestic dissidents, but when the fire broke out, it burnt the satisfied and dissatisfied people all together. Some people fled, and the rest were wasted in the biggest human hell. The people who had lived with each other for a long time, clashed with each other with knife, ax, and gun. Similarly, the Yugoslavia catastrophe abruptly occurred in the heart of Europe. Serbians, Croats, Bosnians who had been fellow citizens for many years and had family cultural and economic mixes, suddenly were looking at their eyes and slaughtered the women and children.
Eyes were witty and horny so much, so that neighbor did not have sympathy with the neighbor, and the wife put a dagger in the heart of her husband. The beautiful Yugoslavia which once was a prodigious country, burnt in the fire of hatred, which was initially considered to be Soviet-European madness, or like Afghanistan, they regarded particular people as perpetrators. And then a country full of cut off hands and legs and slaughtered heads and hearts remained, naturally the first criminal were the governments in both tragedies.
Today, Afghanistan is not far from those two burnt-lands, and worse, is that the hell shows itself at the time of one of the most compassionate president who holds thousands of books and articles in his memory. Dr. Ghani who once unveiled the book “government go bankrupt” at Cambridge University and was criticizing the suffering of such situation, perhaps he did not believe that one day, he himself will take the bankruptcy steering wheel of his own country. Everything is lost due to meaningless self-willed, quarreling with his first deputy, the ruler of the people, the people who during his absence, join the ISIS, Taliban and the Islamic movement of Uzbekistan. Quarreling with his powerful governor in Balkh province who had urged him to keep him as the governor of the province for the sake of the people, quarreling with his commander in Kandahar, who presented security to the hell of Kandahar and quarreling with the youths that considered himself as their representative and candidate. Instead of taking Tabassum coffin and sympathizing with their sufferers, he closed ARG’s doors on them. Instead of accompanying with the youths of Rastakhez (resurrection of change), blocked them with containers and watched his soldiers firing at them.New internal War but Bloodier!

These were not his wishes. He wanted to kiss the face of each youth and admire their efforts, but flatterers were a wall between him and the protestors who were lying to him. Sometimes Nabil, sometimes Karzai, sometimes Ata M. Noor and sometimes Iran and Pakistan were excused. Those flatterers who were reporting the unrestrained assembly of Mr. Yun and his comrades, as national million uprising to the president. Those who were taking advantage of every war. Those who hand the scales, customs and mines and so on. They jailed the righteous businessmen, like Dawi, and were selling his property among themselves. They were not hidden, having a patriotic and modest appearance, but internally help with the obvious murderer groups. They had bandits with themselves in every corner of Afghanistan who sometimes became Taliban and sometimes Daesh and wanted Islam, while being drunk. Their black business opened the old wound in Afghanistan, and that was the renewal of past decades’ civil wars. They changed a technocrat president with his great national aspirations to a president of Pashtuns and even censured the eastern Pashtun tribal slaughtering and the war of east and west Pashtuns due to the arbitrariness of Jahani, the minister of culture.
They did not tell him how a revengeful tribe slaughtered another tribe under the pretext of Taliban and ISIS in Nangarhar, burnt their men and grabbed their women. They attributed the war between Jaji and Mangal to Pakistan and the massacre in Takhar and Badakhshan to commanders and the hierarchical genocide of Hazaras to Iran and Saudi Arabia, and maybe now they would not tell him about the strong willingness of the people, buying guns. Hazaras do not trust the government anymore and cannot witness their gradual death. Everyone is being armed to take their revenge. Takhar and Badakhshan is a new stockpile of gun for the people who want to defend themselves. Uzbeks definitely clean their old angry guns. Men and women are ready for war to repair their broken pride. They showed Dostum’s humiliation issue, ordinary to the president, but they did not tell how it hurt poor Uzbeks. Because they took some false Uzbeks to the president to knock general. Kandaharis who are behind Gen. Razeq, are ready for a bloody war and eastern tribes are plunged in hatred. Now, Not the political isolation of Pakistan and the activation of our foreign policy, nor the economic infrastructure, nor the development of electricity bands, nor membership of global organization, nor even the concrete of thousands of kilometers roads, and nor even the beneficial foreign contracts, and nor structuring government employment, nothing can prevent the increase of tribal hatred, and the bloodier civil war.
Nothing takes off the angry Turkmen from their horses who take their bows, after years of peace. The exhausted Baluch, who did not have any share of the American money, do not calm down. Arms traffickers and war traders hiding around the president do not miss this golden chance. A bitter civil war filled with tribal hatreds and revenge is ahead and nothing can prevent it, but a bit realism and cutting quarrel for the national union (a heartfelt invitation from Ata M. Noor, Gen. Dostum, and Mohammad Mohaqiq and Nabil and Karzai and the youths) and litigation of the government, otherwise, every tribal group will act for litigation and God does not bring that day, which it would be too late for cultural development and any other work.
