$641,000 Deal Signed to Boost Healthcare in Nangarhar and Laghman
DID Press: Taliban’s Ministry of Public Health has announced the signing of a $641,808 contract with the “OPHEA” organization to improve and expand healthcare services in the eastern provinces of Nangarhar and Laghman.

According to the ministry, the objective of the agreement is to enhance the quality of medical services, improve public access to essential healthcare, and reduce health-related challenges in the two provinces.
Based on ministry information, the project is expected to benefit approximately 113,600 residents of Nangarhar and Laghman by providing access to basic healthcare services, while also creating employment opportunities for around 90 individuals.
