40 killed, wounded in Helmand Blast

A car full of explosives targeted security forces in Lashkargah, capital of Helmand province Wednesday morning.
“5 persons were killed and at least 30 others wounded,” Helmand governor’s spokesman said.
Officials have not commented about this figure yet.
