Russia Awaits Official Request to Deliver Aid to Afghanistan
DID Press: Russia has stated that humanitarian assistance for Afghanistan is ready and can be delivered if formally requested by Kabul, according to Moscow’s special envoy on Afghanistan.

Zamir Kabulov said Russia has received authorization to provide humanitarian aid and is prepared to send supplies upon an official request from Afghan authorities.
Speaking to Russian media, he noted that the current agricultural harvest has helped ease Afghanistan’s food crisis to some extent, but warned that the country could again face food shortages in the future.
Kabulov emphasized that Afghanistan’s food security situation remains fragile and continues to require international humanitarian support and cooperation.
