Smartphone Use Banned in Government Offices of Panjshir Province
DID Press: Authorities in Panjshir Province have announced a ban on the use of smartphones across all government departments, following what officials described as a directive from the Taliban leadership.

According to provincial spokesman Saifuddin Laton, both civilian and military employees are no longer permitted to use smartphones within office premises, and violations will be dealt with under applicable regulations.
He added that the decision has been implemented in line with directives from the Taliban leadership, and that government offices will rely on computers instead of smartphones for administrative and service-related tasks.
The move comes amid reports of tightening internal regulations across various state institutions, reflecting a broader shift in administrative control measures within government offices.
