Al-Houthi: Al-Aqsa Flood Exposed the True Face of Israel’s Supporters

DID Press: Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, leader of Yemen’s Ansar Allah movement, said on the third anniversary of the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation that the operation was a turning point in the struggle against the Israeli regime and that the United States, Britain and Western countries intervened to save Israel. He named Iran, Hezbollah in Lebanon, Iraqi groups and Yemen as parties that stood alongside the Palestinian people, saying most Arab countries missed the opportunity to support Palestine.

Al-Houthi strongly criticized Saudi Arabia, accusing the country of supporting the Israeli regime and cooperating with the United States and Israel in intelligence and military matters. He claimed that Saudi Arabia had allowed Israel to use its airspace and had cooperated with Israel in reconnaissance operations to identify targets in Yemen. He also described Saudi media outlets and Riyadh’s positions toward Palestinian groups and Hezbollah as being in line with support for Israel.

Referring to the war in Yemen, the Ansar Allah leader said the United States was the main supplier of weapons and equipment used in attacks against the country and that Saudi Arabia had purchased the equipment from Washington. He also described the U.S. withdrawal from Iraq as a result of resistance and stressed that if Arab countries had supported Palestine in the same way as Western countries, the situation in the region would have been different.

Al-Houthi described the Islamic Republic of Iran as being engaged in a battle with the United States and Israel and praised Tehran’s support for Yemen and Palestine. He also accused Saudi Arabia of supporting Takfiri groups and committing crimes in Yemen, and, referring to the case of Jamal Khashoggi, criticized Saudi officials.

The Ansar Allah leader concluded by calling on the Yemeni people to join the war fronts and urged them to take part in a mass demonstration next Friday in support of the Palestinian people.
