Iran Offers Support for Afghanistan’s Scientific and Educational Activities

DID Press: A representative of the senior adviser to Iran’s president has announced Tehran’s readiness to support the scientific, educational and research activities of the Afghanistan International Academy.

During a meeting with officials from the academy, the Iranian representative emphasized expanding bilateral cooperation in science, education and research.

According to information released about the meeting, the Iranian side expressed its willingness to support the academy’s academic and educational programmes.

The meeting comes amid efforts to expand scientific and educational cooperation between the two countries, which could provide opportunities for exchanging expertise, strengthening academic capacity and developing research activities in Afghanistan.
