“Government leaders and political parties should save the country from current crisis with a political consensus,” said Abdul Rauf Ibrahimi, the head of the National Assembly at a session of the parliament on Wednesday.
“The government leaders and political parties should give up differences in the current situation,” he added.
The head of the parliament emphasized that a major Coalition has recently been formed in Turkey; although, he did not name a coalition or special political oppositions.
He also pointed to the political differences of the presidential palace and the executive directorate on the distribution of electronic ID cards, saying country’s elders should do something to resolve the crisis of Afghanistan.
Some representatives at the parliament also said forming coalitions will not solve the problem of the country and the political leaders and all people of Afghanistan should coordinately stand against the current crisis of the country.
Monawar Shah Bahadori, the representative of Herat province said: one day the political leaders form a coalition, the other day, accuse each other of creating a crisis. This way, “we ourselves destroy our destiny for personal interests”.
Mr Bahadori said political leaders should put aside political differences and not to capture the people of Afghanistan anymore.
But Lalai Hamidzai, a member of the Afghanistan National Coalition said the coalition has been set up to create a good government in the country and to monitor the transparency of election.
Mr Lalai added that the “Major National Coalition of Afghanistan” will introduce a particular nominee for the upcoming presidential election.
The MP emphasized that leaders of NUG are defending the terrorists in the country, and that’s why the Coalition will not allow the illegal work of the government to continue.
On the other hand, Abdul Sattar Darzabi, an MP, also reminded that without exemplifying social justice in the country, the government could not move the people of Afghanistan towards a nation.
General Abdul Rashid Dostum, the leader of Hezb-e Junbish and first VP, Ata M. Noor, the chief executive of Hezb-e Jamiat, Mohammad Mohaqiq, the second deputy to the executive directorate and the leader of Hezb-e Wahdat-e Islami, Hamayun Hamayun, the first deputy to the parliament, Zahir Qadir and Lalai Hamidzai, the two MPs are the figures that formed the Major National Coalition of Afghanistan.
