Pakistani Bajwa to Visit Kabul: NSC
President Ghani has invited the Pakistani army commander Gen. Qamar Jawid Bajwa to Kabul, the National Security Council said.
President Ghani has invited the Pakistani army commander Gen. Qamar Jawid Bajwa to Kabul, the National Security Council said.
The invitation posed during the visit of country’s national security adviser Hanif Atmar to Islamabad, said Qader Shah, the spokesman for the NSC.
Although he did not give further details on the date of the visit, he added: “the visit is followed by the discussion over issues in Afghanistan-Pakistan Action Plan for Peace and Solidarity (APAPPS)”.
The Pakistan army also said in a statement that Gen. Bajwa accepted the invitation of president Ghani.
Yet, country’ top security delegation led by national security adviser Hanif Atmar traveled to Islamabad and discussed APAPPS.
