Security officials in northern Baghlan province say mine blast hit a voter registration center in the province on Saturday.
“One public order police killed and two more injured in the incident,” said Mohibullah Kohdamani, the provincial police chief.

According to him, the incident took place as a result of embedded mine in central Baghlan district.

This is the third explosion in northern Baghlan province since the launch of voter registration process for October 20 election.
