The second round of Kabul-New Delhi exhibition and world trade and Investment summit will be held in Mumbai, India by the next two weeks, with the assistance of the US development agency.


The second round of Kabul-New Delhi exhibition and world trade and Investment summit will be held in Mumbai, India by the next two weeks, with the assistance of the US development agency.

The meeting will provide investors with information on investment opportunities in Afghanistan, especially in mines, industry, energy, telecommunications, and agriculture.
“at least 1000 domestic and international companies have been invited to the meeting,” Sayed Mojtaba Ahmadi, the deputy to the first political department of the Foreign Ministry said.

600 Indian investors and 100 investors from countries in the world will attend the exhibition.
The meeting will focus on investment and export development in Afghanistan.
Khanjan Alkozai, the deputy head of the Afghan Chamber of Commerce, said that along with the exhibition, the problem of the Kabul-Mumbai air corridor and the Chabahar port will also be discussed as well.

The first trading and investment exhibition was held in New Delhi, India last year.
Afghanistan’s products were sold at a value of $ 10 million on the sidelines of that meeting.
