The Afghan ambassador to Pakistan has reportedly met his Saudi counterpart on Tuesday.
Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malki met with his Afghan counterpart Shukrallah Atif Mishaal, Saudi Press reported.

During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and means to consolidate and enhance them, in all fields, in addition to issues of mutual interest.
The meeting comes as Saudi Arabia is expected to host the next round of peace talks between Taliban representatives and the US officials.
