Afghan NSA Mohib Arrived in Beijing
Afghan National Security Adviser (NSA) to President Ghani Hamdullah Mohib Arrived Thursday in Beijing for a two-day visit.
Afghan National Security Adviser (NSA) to President Ghani Hamdullah Mohib Arrived Thursday in Beijing for a two-day visit.
Dr. Hamdullah Mohib, national security adviser to president Ghani left Kabul for Beijing, capital of China to expand common cooperation, the Office of National Security Council (ONSC) said in a statement.
According to the statement, NSA Mohib will meet senior Chinese officials.
The NSA will meet senior Chinese officials to discuss a range of issues pertaining to Afghanistan-China bilateral issues, including security cooperation, as well as peace and stability in Afghanistan and the region, ONSC added.
The visit comes as Mr Mohib had earlier traveled to India and met his Indian counterpart Ajit Doval and other security officials.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed regional stability, the democratic progress, ongoing peace efforts in Afghanistan, and bilateral security cooperation.
