Afghan Products to Reach European Markets in less than 2 Weeks

The opening ceremony of the Lapis Lazuli route will be held in western Herat moments later, attended by representatives of Turkey, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Georgia and the President of Afghanistan at Herat Mawlana hall.
Over 1200 people from various segments of the society will participate at the opening ceremony.
According to the statement, president Ghani is expected to meet with merchants, civil and military officials and locals.
Afghan products will be able to reach European markets in less than two weeks by operationalization of this route.
