Blast in Kabul has Casualties

At least one person was killed and three more were wounded after a roadside mine hit a vehicle in Paghman district of Kabul, police confirmed.

Kabul police spokesman Ferdaws Faramarz confirmed the explosion, saying that the incident took place on Sunday morning around 08:40 am (local time).

According to him, the blast targeted an army Ranger in Paghman district of Kabul which killed a security force member and wounded three others.
No group or individuals claimed responsibility so far.
