Blast Wounds 4 in Kabul

Health officials confirmed that 4 people were injured when an IED blast took place in Kabul police district 4 on hoThursday morning.

General Mobin, a spokesman for the Kabul security department, said an armored vehicle of the Islamic Emirate was targeted by a sticky bomb.
The blast caused no loss of life, he added.

Meanwhile, Emergency Hospital in Kabul has confirmed 4 wounded people, including a child, were taken to the hospital.
