Breaking: Explosion in Kabul

Explosion went off in west of Kabul on Monday morning, Kabul police confirmed.
An IED blast targeted a vehicle at around 8:37 am Monday morning in the Sarake-e-Shura of Kabul city.

Kabul police say a vehicle belonging to the communication ministry was hit by a bomb.
