German political movements have agreed to form new grand coalition government Wednesday in Berlin.
Marathon talks between Germanys Christian Democratic Union (CDU), Christian Social Union (CSU) and German Social Democrats (SPD) concluded with the formation of a new grand coalition, Reuters reported.
On Wednesday morning Germany was still awaiting an announcement that Chancellor Angela Merkel’s conservative bloc and the Social Democrats (SPD) have struck a deal to forge a new coalition government after elections on September 24, 2017.
German parliament election was the most controversial election in the country after world war two that the “Alternator for Germany” racist party moved to the Bundestag and won many seats.
In the election, Merkel was forced to bargain with rivals to form the coalition government and lose more privileges.
It is worth mentioning that in Germany, the party forms the government that has more seats in Bundestag.
