3- Providing effective monitoring for the political parties in the counting process from start to the end can help legitimize election.
4- The political parties once again emphasize on changing the electoral system, calling on the government and the IEC to implement MDR system in the provincial and district council elections.
5- The current voters’ list has no validity. Therefore, the political parties stress on re-enrollment of voters in presidential elections based on ten-finger biometrics.
6- The IEC should release the presidential election calendar as soon as possible in order to provide a just and transparent election at the designated date.
