The United States of America has recently appointed Zalmay Khalilzad as the country’s special envoy to Afghanistan and to lead peace talks with Taliban group.
Some circles push to mediate between the presidential palace (ARG) and Sapidar palace, the source said under condition.
Zalmay Khalilzad is expected to officially launch his ten-day trip to five countries in the region.
