According to security officials in Ghor province, the election commission’s staff and two national police force kidnapped by Taliban group freed on Thursday.
“The three employers of IEC along with two national police who were kidnapped earlier this week from “Allahyar” village by the Taliban group, released this morning,” said Eqbal Nezami, the provincial police spokesperson.

Taliban attacked a voter registration center in Ghor’s Frozkoh city earlier this week and abducted two security forces and three election commission’s staff.
Ghor is the province where dozens of armed groups, including Taliban and Daesh operate there.
