The head of national unity government Ashraf Ghani who attended the celebration anniversary of (26th Dalve), on Saturday said: “the government is committed to the timely election.”
Mr. Ghani ordered the electoral institutions to be ready to hold the election at a determined time.
In response to the accusation of the government’s political opponents, he said: “Afghanistan is not at monopolized by anyone, but belongs to all nation of Afghanistan, and history will judge us.”
“The government is pushing to provide the ground for immigrants to return to the country from Pakistan by next 24 months,” the president stressed.
Ghani’s political opponents accuse him and his team of monopolizing the power and trying to extend the current administration. However, according to experts, the performance of the government also indicates the same accusation.
