FM Rabbani Discusses Number of Issues with German Envoy

Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani met with the Special Representative of Germany for Afghanistan and Pakistan Markus Potzel on Monday.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed Geneva Conference, peace process, elections and bilateral issues.

“had a very good meeting with the Special Representative of Germany for Afghanistan and Pakistan, Ambassador Markus Potzel,” Rabbani wrote on his twitter page.
“we discussed bilateral issues, peace process, Geneva Conference and the preparations for the upcoming presidential elections,” he added.
These days, the presidential elections and the peace process with the Taliban are hot issues in the country.
