A total of 10 people are confirmed to have died in the attack, which hit the firm’s compound late on Wednesday.
The Taliban has claimed responsibility.
G4S confirmed in a statement that 32 of its employees were injured and five killed, four of whom were Afghan nationals and one British.
G4S, one of the world’s largest security groups, helps guard the area around the British embassy.
The attack came just hours after President M. Ashraf Ghani announced a peace plan in Geneva conference to seek a peace deal with Taliban.
