The head of Kabul Ulema council Mawlawi Abdul Basir Haqqani was shot dead by unknown gunmen in PD-7 of capital Kabul.

The head of Kabul Ulema council Mawlawi Abdul Basir Haqqani was shot dead by unknown gunmen in PD-7 of capital Kabul.
It is said that Mawlawi Haqqani was assassinated in Chehelsotun area in PD-7 of Kabul city by unknown gunmen.
The security sources have not commented yet.
Kabul Ulema council has not confirmed the incident as well.
It is unclear who has assassinated Mr Haqqani.
