“I beside expressing my sympathy for the victims of brutal Taliban attack in Jaghori and Malistan, support this civil gathering and their rightful demands. I honestly appreciate the people of Afghanistan, especially Kabul residents, for their comprehensive support from the establishment in the past years,” Hanif Atmar wrote on his Facebook page.
“I urge from the related agencies, including the security forces and the Resolute Support command in Afghanistan, to decisively defend from the lives and property of the people who have been the main supporters of the system,” the message said.
Mr Atmar called on the Afghan people to support the people of Jaghori and Malistan, adding that public campaigns should be formed to collect aid for the displaced people of these regions.
Hanif Atmar expresses support from the protesters in Kabul and condemns Taliban attacks on Jaghori and Malistan districts while political movements accuse Mr Atmar of enhancing Taliban’s ability the time he was in office.
