Afghan IEC set a new date for the announcement of presidential election’s preliminary results after it was delayed due to technical problems.

Hawa Alam Nuristani, the head of IEC said during a press conference in Kabul on Sunday that the presidential election’s primary results will be announced on 14 Nov. 2019.
“The decision has been made in consultation with the colleagues, secretariat as well as considering all issues,” she added.

The new date set while the announcement of the presidential election results has been postponed twice so far.
