Former Afghan president Hamid Karzai accused US of creating and fostering ISIL group and also spreading violence in the region and Afghanistan. After that, Mr. Karzai left Kabul for Moscow.
The preparation of the trip brought together the public opinion once again to the repetition of bitter memories of the past rivalry wars of powers in the country’s political geography; because Afghanistan’s political history has an evil cycle that turns the society around its falsehood.
Afghans have always clashed with each other on sharing power and on creating a national structure after Jihad and defending any violation, multiple all of their achievements and honors with zero. They mobilize for the destruction of their country through competitions and civil wars, then, plead their enemy and respectively invite them and abjectly rush to welcome the foreigner.

On the other hand, he created the independent commission led by Sima Samar, providing human rights and the independent election commission as two symbols of peaceful transition of power to consolidate the democratic system, but now Hamid Karzai in a political turn, called on the society to hold traditional Loya Jirga, opposes holding election and the continuation of democracy he himself founded; and introduced democracy as imposed will of Westerns and Loya Jirga as a traditional will of Afghans.
David Eston, the founder of political functionalism school believes: “post-war countries will only survive from political and social crisis, in which all leaders and elders honestly and unitedly use their legitimacy in favor of their national sovereignty, otherwise, with the loss of opportunity, each leader will change into a more powerful movement and sink the country in a deeper swamp.”
In the current situation, if the election is not held with a wise, political and national management, in that case, its negative consequences will be on leaders of the country for their lack of political wisdom and lack of national commitment to their country and society, before being on foreign and regional conspiracies.
