Daesh (ISIS/ISIL) claimed the responsibility for the attack.

The first suicide bomber detonated the explosives at the centre in Dasht-i-Barchi area around 6 pm (local time), followed by a car bomb,” said Interior Ministry spokesman Najib Danish.
A reporter and a cameraman of Tolo TV were among those killed, the channel’s head Lutfullah Najafizada tweeted.
A statement from media support organization (NAI) confirmed two journalists were killed and four others wounded in the second explosion.

The dead were identified as Tolo TV reporter Samim Faramaz and cameraman Ramaz Ahmadi. A reporter and two cameramen of Khurshid TV as well as a worker of Maiwand TV were wounded.
In April, a suicide bomber killed nine journalists while they were covering another attack in Kabul.
