Kabul’s Tuesday Bloody night; at least 10 killed, 12 wounded in two blasts
At least 10 people were killed and 12 more were injured after two explosions rocked west of Kabul on Tuesday night.
Kabul police spokesman Ferdaws Faramarz said that during two separate explosions in the Sar-e Kariz area and Gulay-e Dawakhana areas of Kabul PD-3, at least 10 people were killed and 12 others were injured.
This is the preliminary figure and the details will be shared later if the number of casualties changed, he added.
Two explosions in less than an hour targeted two busses. These types of vehicles are used to carry passengers.
Published images of the vehicles show that the explosions were powerful and that the death toll would likely rise.
No individual or group has claimed responsibility so far.
