President Ghani Lands in Kandahar

Heading a high-level delegation, President Ashraf Ghani arrived in Kandahar on Thursday morning, the presidential palace said in a statement.

According to the statement, President Ghani aims to assess the general situation of the province during the visit.
During the visit, President Ghani will inaugurate “Mohmand” hospital and meet separately with the hospital’s health officials, the victims of Arghandab district and other Kandahar elders, military and civilian officials as well as private sector representatives.
