Rahmatullah Nabil criticized a map of Afghanistan published by the Russian Foreign Ministry and called for the issue to be followed by diplomatic channels.
Publishing a map of Afghanistan, in which Tajikistan and Pakistan have a joint border, the Russian Foreign Ministry has recently tweeted that the special representatives of Russia, China, the US, and Pakistan will meet in Moscow on March 18 to discuss inter-Afghan talks.
The former head of NDS, meanwhile, said: Since when has Tajikistan been connected with Pakistan? Publishing this map on the official page of the Russian foreign ministry on the occasion of the invitation to inter-Afghan talks will not be considered a technical mistake!
“The Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs must formally protest in this regard and ask for clarity prior to the meeting in Moscow. Otherwise, after the acceptance of the fencing along the Durand Line, giving this part of Afghanistan’s soil would also be considered as a deal on Afghan soil!
