Taliban Delegation Arrived in Iran

Taliban delegation led by head of the political office Mullah Baradar Akhand arrived in Iran to discuss peace process.

Mohammad Naeem, a spokesman for the Taliban political office twitted that head of the political office Mullah Baradar Akhand and his accompanying delegation arrived in Iran at the official invitation of the Iranian government.

According to him, the Taliban delegation will talk about the situation of Afghan refugees in Iran and the current political and security situation of Afghanistan and region with the Iranian officials.
The visit from Iran comes as Inter-Afghan talks reportedly stalled in Doha.
