Taliban Killed 49 Civilians in past week – MoI

The Afghan Ministry of Interior Affair announced that Taliban killed 49 civilians and wounded 49 others during the past week.

Tariq Arian, a spokesman for the Interior Ministry said that civilians suffered more casualties in Zabul and Kandahar provinces.
In the past week, Taliban killed 49 civilians as wounded 49 more during 368 terrorist attacks, the spokesman said.

According to him, Taliban inflicted heavy casualties on civilians in Zabul and Kandahar provinces, during their attack in 22 provinces.
Civilians suffer casualties every day in Afghanistan while intra-Afghan talks is imminent in Qatar.
