“the transferring process of these materials to districts and polling centers will be carried out in coordination with the security forces,” Abdulaziz Ibrahimi, the deputy spokesman of the IEC told 8 am. “this process will continue till 17 October,” he added.
The IEC had called on the security agencies to provide the security of 7,384 polling centers, but the security forces could take the security of only 5100 centers.
Meanwhile, the National Grand Coalition which is consist of 37 political parties, called on the IEC to declare the ballot papers of those polling stations that have not used biometric technologies invalid.
