Reports from southern province indicate that Dih Yak and Jaghatu districts of central Ghazni province have been collapsed by Taliban.
Latifa Akbari, the head of Ghazni provincial council said on Tuesday that Taliban stormed on the two districts last night and as a result have taken the control of the districts.
A spokesperson for Taliban Zabihullah Mujahid also claimed Taliban group took the control of the two districts in the province.
“A number of security forces have been killed due to ongoing clashes in the districts,” Aref Rahmani, an MP said: “Dih Yak police chief and another police security official were killed in the clashes.”

The local police officials have also confirmed the death of the police officials, adding that heavy clashes continue in the districts.
Aref Noori, a spokesman for Ghazni governor rejected the news, saying Taliban entered the Jighatu police headquarter, but left the area when forces arrived.
