Haqqani: Gaza Tragedy Test of Global Conscience – One We Failed

Didpress: Sirajuddin Haqqani, Interior Minister of Afghanistan’s caretaker government, strongly condemned what he described as the “ongoing genocide in Palestine” in a message published on his X, coinciding with Eid al-Adha.

He described the crisis as a major test for the global conscience, saying the international community has failed this test—and that history will not forget this moral collapse.

“Our hearts and prayers are with the oppressed people of Palestine,” said Haqqani in his message, urging the world not to remain indifferent in the face of the crimes committed by the Zionist regime.

It is worth noting that since the start of Israel’s assault on the Gaza Strip, nearly 55,000 Palestinians have been killed and millions displaced.
