DIDPress: Afghanistan’s Council of Shia Scholars, during a meeting with Iran’s ambassador in Kabul, condemned the Zionist regime’s aggression, expressed their support for Iran, and offered prayers for the victory of the Resistance Front.
Amid escalating tensions between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Zionist regime, Afghanistan’s members of the Council of Shia Scholars met Alireza Bikdeli, Iran’s ambassador, at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul.
During the meeting, prominent Afghan Shia scholars condemned the recent hostile attacks and aggression by the Zionist regime against Iranian soil, describing it as a continuation of the regime’s expansionist and anti-Islamic policies.
The council members declared their full support for the positions and actions of the Islamic Republic of Iran in defending the sovereignty and dignity of the Islamic Ummah. They also offered prayers for the victory of the front of truth against falsehood—particularly for the triumph of the Iranian nation and the Axis of Resistance.
Iran’s ambassador in Kabul expressed gratitude for their stance and emphasized the importance of unity within the Islamic Ummah, saying: “The sincere support of Afghan people and scholars from Iran is a clear sign of Islamic awakening and the spirit of religious solidarity.”
