Taliban Reacts to Israeli Attack on Syria: “Systematic Crime to Destabilize Region”
DIDPress: Taliban’s caretaker government issued a strongly-worded statement condemning the recent attacks by the Zionist regime on Syrian territory, particularly targeting Damascus and other sensitive areas of the country.

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesperson for the Taliban’s caretaker government, described the attacks in an official statement as a “blatant violation of the sovereignty of an independent state” and “a systematic crime aimed at destabilizing the region.”
The statement called on influential regional countries and international institutions to take a firm stance against the Zionist regime’s aggressions and prevent the recurrence of such attacks.
Simultaneously, Jasem Mohamed Al-Budaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), also condemned the aggression, describing Israel’s actions as a “serious threat to regional security and a violation of international law.” He demanded an immediate halt to these attacks and respect for Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
These statements came after Wednesday afternoon’s attacks by the Zionist regime on targets in Damascus, including the Army General Command and the Presidential Palace, which left at least three dead and 34 others wounded.
Israel’s Defense Minister had previously threatened that these attacks would continue unless the Syrian army withdrew from the Druze-populated areas in the south of the country.
Regional analysts view these developments as indicative of the escalation of proxy conflicts and the worsening security crisis in Syria.
