Afghanistan’s Exports Rise to $145M; Focus on Pakistan, India, UAE
DID Press: Afghanistan’s exports witnessed significant growth in the month of Asad (July–August), reaching nearly $145 million.

The National Statistics and Information Authority of the Taliban’s caretaker government announced that the country’s export value in Asad stood at $144.9 million.
According to the report, the largest share of exports went to Pakistan, India, and the United Arab Emirates.
While the continuation of this trend can improve the country’s foreign trade situation, they stressed the importance of diversifying export markets and increasing the value-added of Afghanistan products, added economic officials.
