Taliban Ambassador Meets Polish Representative in Doha

Mohammad Suhail Shaheen, Taliban-appointed ambassador in Doha, held talks with Witold Sobko, Poland’s Special Representative for Afghanistan, focusing on bilateral relations, consular services, and humanitarian support.

During the meeting, both sides emphasized expanding cooperation in consular services for Afghan citizens and providing humanitarian aid.

Shaheen highlighted the importance of improving the quality of consular services and facilitating matters for Afghan citizens in Poland and other countries. The Polish envoy also stressed continued support for humanitarian programs and assistance to Afghan refugees.

Both parties agreed to maintain cooperation and coordination to ease the lives of Afghan citizens and explore new avenues to enhance humanitarian and consular services.
