According to released details, the assistance was coordinated by an Afghan delegation operating in Egypt, with the total value of the shipment estimated at approximately $500,000.
The cargo was organized into 42 trucks and prepared for targeted distribution to roughly 22,000 Palestinian families across the Gaza Strip.
Officials stated that the delivery was conducted in coordination with relevant regional authorities to ensure effective and equitable distribution to those most in need.
Meanwhile, Afghanistan’s foreign ministry reiterated the country’s support for the Palestinian people and called for intensified global efforts to secure a permanent ceasefire and end the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
