DID Press: Masoud Pezeshkian stated in a conversation with Prime Minister of Pakistan that Iran will not enter any imposed negotiations under pressure, threats, or sanctions.

Pezeshkian emphasized that as long as hostile actions and operational pressure from United States continue, efforts to rebuild trust and advance dialogue will remain severely constrained. He reiterated that Iran has not initiated any war and has consistently supported regional stability and security.
The Iranian president also pointed to what he described as contradictions in U.S. policy, arguing that measures such as maritime restrictions conflict with Washington’s stated willingness to pursue political solutions, further deepening mistrust among Iranian authorities and the public.
He concluded that Iran’s clear message to the United States is that all restrictive measures, including blockades, must be lifted before meaningful negotiations can take place, reaffirming that Tehran will never negotiate under coercion.
