High-Level Uzbek Delegation Arrives in Kabul to Boost Economic Ties
DID Press: A senior delegation from Uzbekistan’s Karakalpak stan region has arrived in Kabul to discuss expanded trade, economic cooperation, and joint investment opportunities between the two countries.

Ministry of Industry and Commerce (Taliban) announced that the delegation, led by Amangeldy Orynbayev, arrived in the Afghan capital on Saturday.
According to the ministry, the delegation is scheduled to hold talks with Nuruddin Azizi focusing on strengthening bilateral trade relations and expanding economic cooperation.
The Uzbek representatives will also participate in joint trade meetings and business-to-business forums between Afghan and Uzbek stakeholders.
During the visit, the delegation is expected to travel to Balkh province, where they will attend additional commercial sessions and inaugurate an exhibition showcasing Uzbek products.
Officials say economic and trade engagement between Kabul and Tashkent has increased significantly in recent months, reflecting a broader push to deepen regional connectivity.
