DID Press: Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has called on all parties to remain committed to their obligations under the “Islamabad Memorandum,” describing the agreement as a foundation for mutual understanding, respect, and shared prosperity in the region and beyond.

In a statement, the ministry emphasized that the memorandum continues to serve as a stable framework for cooperation and urged all sides to uphold the commitments outlined in the agreement.
Last month, the United States and Iran reached a temporary 14-point agreement titled the “Islamabad Memorandum between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States.” The agreement was presented as a framework aimed at halting the conflict and reopening the Strait of Hormuz.
