DID Press: US Representative Rashida Tlaib has condemned Washington’s continued arms support for Israel, following Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s decision to impose a full lockdown on the occupied West Bank.
In a post on the social media platform X, Tlaib said Israel was continuing to commit what she described as “more war crimes” using American weapons and US taxpayers’ money.
Referring to the situation facing Palestinians, the congresswoman said these conditions had become an unbearable daily reality for them and were worsening every day.
Tlaib called for an end to bomb shipments to Israel, the dismantling of the apartheid system and the liberation of Palestine.
