70 Insurgents Killed in Different parts of Afghanistan: MoD

ANA forces have launched offensive operations to suppress insurgents in different parts of the country during past 24 hours, which 70 insurgents were killed and 52 others wounded.
According to DID news agency report, as a result of joint operations in many provinces of Afghanistan, 23 Taliban members including the shadow district deputy of Zabul’s Mizan district Hayatullah Mujahid were killed as well as Sediq Agha, military responsible for the district and 3 other local commanders were also killed and 28 others wounded, said a statement by the MoD.

Mullah Rahmatullah, a local commander of Taliban along with 14 Taliban were killed in Ghormach, Belcheragh, and Qaisar districts of Faryab province and 10 others wounded as well as 10 others were killed in Ghore province and 17 other were wounded, the statement added.
